Paris Bus Rental & Coach Hire – Our Terms & Conditions

Our booking terms and conditions are listed below, please make sure you have read the terms and you fully understand them. All accepted bookings will be contractually governed by our terms and conditions.

Our Payment Terms:

Option 1: Deposit for a future booking can be made to reserve the vehicle and remaining payment in cash can be given with some bookings up to 8 passengers. We will usually request remaining payment 21 days prior to the pickup date via Card.
Option 2: Full payment can be made at time of booking via credit card or bank transfer. For bank transfer payments we would require at least 72 hours before pickup date to make sure the payment arrives in our account.
No booking will be confirmed unless a deposit is payed or a full payment has been received by Paris Bus Rentals & Coach Hire.

Booking Changes:

If for whatever reason you would like to make changes to the booking we would need to know as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee any change to a booking once a payment for a booking has been made. Any changes request should be made directly with the booking agent that you made the booking with and no request for changes should be made with the drivers. All requests to change date or time on a booking should be made in writing via email and we usually respond within 12 hours to any change requests. Any change requests accepted bu us will occur a charge and the charge will be given to you via email.
All bookings made through Paris Bus Rental are for one pickup and one drop off unless it has been stated on the invoice from our booking agent. Multiple stops and drop offs will occur extra charges and will need to be notified to us on the day you confirm your booking with our company. `We recommend you complete your full itinerary with us before placing your booking so there are no extra charges for your transport requirements.
Average additional pickup charges (on route): 30 Euros If waiting time Is not booked: 1 hour – 60 Euros
Any damage to the vehicle will be invoiced to the lead passenger who made the booking or the company who reserved the vehicle. If a driver has any concern with the passengers who are abusive when boarding the bus he has the sole discretion to not carry out the transport booking.
Vomiting in the bus charges: 75 Euros

Delays to Service:

Paris Bus Rental & Coach Hire will accept no responsibility or liability for matters that cannot be controlled by us. The matters include road traffic, accident on the road, adverse weather or any matter we have no control of. The customer and our company understand that ground transport can be late and vehicles can break down so there will be no compensation for delays whatsoever. If we cannot complete a booked journey we are only liable for the amount paid by the customer and nothing more.
We are also not liable for missed flights, missed events or any booked service apart from the transport booking itself.

Refunds & Cancelations:

All bookings made with Paris Bus Rental & Coach Hire are non refundable. If a deposit is paid and the customer cancels the booking the customer is liable for full booking amount. If a cancellation request is made 90 days before pickup date in writing via email we would issue a 50% refund of the total booking value.

Complaints Procedure:

If you would like to complain about any aspect of our business e would require you to send an email to info@parisbusrental.com. We hope to respond to all complaints within 7 working day and we always take any complain very seriously.

Vehicle Breakdown Policy:

If for whatever reason one of our vehicle breaks down we at Paris Bus Rental & Coach Hire will be allowed if available to offer a different vehicle or multiple vehicles to carry out the journey to completion. This allows us to carry our journeys by outsourcing a booking to make sure customers still can travel to their destination.
